I've been a Facebook follower for a while and I still love it but it's gotten a little large and impersonal. Of course, this is my own fault for allowing it to become so. I want an opportunity to share the trials and tribulations of our lives in a more controlled environment (like the Internet - ha!). A few things about me to begin with -
- My family is my life. Period. Nothing else matters more to me.
- I'll drop everything for a road trip. I love to travel and see new things.
- My kids love it as much as I do!!
- My perfect place is a lake in the mountains. Where to retire? I don't know maybe Oregon? Washington? Colorado? Arizona? North Carolina? We live in an amazing country.
- I like a simple existence. Too much clutter means I have to dust it.
- I loathe shopping. Malls give me hives. I wish I could run around in jeans, sweatshirts and tennis shoes all of the time. I have no aesthetic ability whatsoever. I really admire people who do and I refer to those friends. If the mannequin isn't wearing the outfit then I can't assemble it.
